Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days from purchase. This includes 1-3 business days for processing and 5-12 business days for transit.
What are your shipping costs?
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $40. Orders under $40 have a flat rate of $4.99.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact hello@mirovapets.com with your order number to start a return.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
